Every aspect of my life has been about pushing my personal boundaries, both physically & mentally.
This passion to achieve the optimum in health & fitness has allowed me to explore & develop my skills as a personal trainer & motivating others to reach their goals.
In 2004 I worked intensively with Tony Lester the Olympic sprint coach. During pre Olympic training in South Africa I wrote weights programs & coached the athletes some of whom went on to win medals in Athens. One of our athletes Marlon Devonish won a gold medal in the 4x100 relay.
The knowledge & skills I have developed allow me to give the best possible service to my clients.
I am able to adapt & mould programs to perfectly suit an individuals needs abilities & lifestyle.
I have a wide & varied client base working with people of all ages & levels of fitness.
Also I have written programs for & trained people suffering from illness & injures all of them benefited from the experience. I believe it is important to enjoy getting fit; as overall health & fitness is not just one aspect of your life it is a way of life.
